Jason founded NO6 in 2008 and has since worked with some of the world’s biggest brands and most respected directors. One of the industry’s most awarded editors, he has earned over 50 Cannes Lions—including Grand Prix, Titanium, and Best Editing—alongside an Emmy win, multiple Grand Clios, D&AD Black Pencils, and Best in Show honors from The One Show, AICP, and WARC. In 2022, he was recognized as the most awarded editor in the world, cementing his reputation as a leader in post-production craft.

Criss Richards is a Senior Creative Technologist who merges emerging tech with creative vision to shape next-gen production. With a background in infrastructure and solution architecture, he transforms complexity into practical innovation. A leader in generative AI, Criss develops tools and workflows that drive scale, efficiency, and creativity for global brands.

Courtney Feemster is a post-production specialist with over 15 years of experience across commercials, music videos, documentaries, and broadcast. She brings deep expertise in producing, supervision, and color, with a strong background in post workflows and team management. Courtney joins NO6 from Secret Level, where she was an AI Producer while leading Creative Resourcing and has previously held senior roles at Out of the Blue NY and Smoke & Mirrors.

Faye has 20 years’ experience in production and creative technology, including managing image operations and leading tech innovation at Europe’s largest production studio. At IPG, she now oversees implementation, training and innovation across the network - aligning the right tools with client needs to drive efficiency and elevate production standards. In the generative AI space, Faye leads R&D initiatives, manages vendor relationships, runs proofs of concept, and helps teams navigate emerging use cases across the business.
